Champions Crowned at 2025 OSUSBC Senior Mixed Championship in Astoria
ASTORIA, Ore. – The 2025 Oregon State USBC Senior Mixed Championship was held this past weekend at Lower Columbia Bowl, featuring competition in eight divisions for bowlers aged 50 and older.
Renee Miner won the Women’s Singles Title, while Jeff Ramp claimed the Men’s Singles Title. In doubles competition, Tami Malcolm and Ruby Yuill took the Women’s Doubles Title, Jeff Ramp and Sam Ramp won the Men’s Doubles Title, and Daisy and Jay Spellman captured the Mixed Doubles Title.
Three special squads were also contested. The Scotch Doubles Title went to Renee Miner and Con Chappell, the Merry Mixer Title was won by Imogene Ryder and Steve Swenson, and the Swingin’ Singles Title went to Sam Ramp.
Oregon State USBC Association Manager Jim Ferretti thanked the bowlers, along with the owners and staff of Lower Columbia Bowl, for hosting the event.
The 2026 Senior Mixed Championships will be held July 10–12 at Desert Lanes in Hermiston, Oregon. Entry forms will be available after the first of the year.
