Jim Ferretti Hired As OSUSBC Association Manager

I am supposed to write the news, not be the news but you know what they say about a perfect plan.  I am honored to share that I have been hired as the new Association Manager for the Oregon State United States Bowling Congress (OSUSBC). Stepping into this role is an exciting opportunity for me to contribute to the sport of bowling in Oregon and to work closely with the incredible bowling community across the state.

Bowling has been a major part of my life, and I have been deeply involved in league management, tournament organization, and youth bowling initiatives. My experience in these areas has given me firsthand insight into what it takes to keep the sport thriving at all levels. I look forward to bringing this knowledge and passion to my new position.

Beyond my work in bowling, I have spent years in journalism and media, serving as a news director and communications professional. These experiences have equipped me with the skills to improve outreach, strengthen communication, and modernize the way OSUSBC engages with its members.

As Association Manager, I will oversee the day-to-day operations of OSUSBC, coordinate tournaments, manage membership services, and work to enhance engagement within the bowling community. My goal is to ensure that our programs continue to grow and serve bowlers of all skill levels.

I am excited about this new chapter and eager to collaborate with bowlers across Oregon to build a stronger, more connected community for our sport. If you have any questions or want to learn more about what’s ahead for OSUSBC, please feel free to reach out or visit our website for updates.
